Chan Chen’s practice focuses on patent procurement and counseling, with a decade-long extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for clients in the areas of computer software, display technologies and display device, autonomous driving, vehicular electronics, wireless communications, social network, virtual reality, etc.
Prior to Bayes PLLC, Chan has worked for Liu, Shen & Associates in Beijing, Maschoff Brennan in Utah and California, and Patent Law Works in Utah. Having practiced in different countries, Chan has developed unique experience on global patent prosecution and can work fluently using Chinese and English. Chan is highly experienced in patent drafting and prosecution, having handled hundreds of patent applications before the USPTO, SIPO, JPO, Korean Patent Office, and EPO for a wide variety of clients from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.
